1.Products

We offer fresh meat, frozen meat and fruits and vegetables. In 2007, Zhongpin was awarded "China Top Brand" by General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine of the People's Republic of China (AQSIQ) on behalf of Chinese Central Government for the Company's low temperature prepared pork and fresh pork products.

2.Distribution Structure

Zhongpin's distribution structure is an extensive network based on our cold chain logistics systems which support our exports, direct sales, distribution sales, supermarkets, chain operations and bulk purchases from our top customers.

• Cold Chain Logistics Systems – Our low temperature system operates from a central information system which allows precise monitoring of all aspects of processing and delivery. With this system, we are able to maintain the precise temperature of the environment for our products which enables us to ensure the freshest products reach the end-customer.
• Domestic Market –We currently supply 24 provinces including 29 first tier cites, 97 second tier cities, and 300 third tier cities. We have also formed strategic partnerships with leading supermarket chains and the catering industry in the PRC. We have a total of 2,960 retail stores. Zhongpin's retail stores are designed to highlight all of the Company's products and reinforce its brand. Zhongpin also sells its products to the retail market through exclusive counters in supermarkets and independent network stores.
• Regional Markets –In supplying the regional markets, we attempt to limit the distance between the Henan processing plant and the terminal network of stores and chains to approximately eight hours.
• Exports – Our meat products are exported to European Union, Southeast Asia, Russia and South Africa.

3.Farms

We combine environmentally safe agricultural products with standardization and industrialization to maximize efficiency and safety for our fruits and vegetable and pig farms.

4.Quality Assurance

We have received the ISO 9001 certification for our products; have passed Hazard Analysis & Critical Control Point (HACCP) and Exportation Sanitation Registration from State Quality Quarantine Bureau. Our fruits and vegetable products have passed North American AIB Registration and all products exported have passed U.S. FDA Registration. Our fresh meat and flash-frozen vegetables have passed environmentally safe agricultural products registration. We have a U.S. FDA registration for fruits and vegetables production.
